The first meeting of the TNBA Travel League was held on June 4, 2006. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the overall organization of the league. Major discussion included the following:

-- Name Development- TNBA Travel League

-- League Structure- The mixd league will consist of TNBA bowlers representing Orlando, Tampa and Gainesville Florida.

-- Team makeup- Five member team using a three two makeup. The team alllocations are 17 for Orlando, 10 for Tampa and 5 for Gainesville.

-- The travel league will bowl the second Saturday of each month August 2007 to May 2008.

-- Game Structure-  Four games per Saturday.

-- Tentative start time each Saturday will be 1:00 p.m. and the sites will rotate between Orlando, Tampa and Lakeland Florida.

-- The proposed cost for each bowler each week is $20.00

-- This is a USBC and TNBA sanctioned travel league.

-- Each team is required to have a team shirt with a league approved design.

-- The plan is for team to obtain sponsors in an effort to increase the size of the prize fund.

-- Standard activities in addition to team composition will be Brackets, 50-50 and other cash opportunities.

-- Team average cap is 900 pins.
